1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Viewito platform and its services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform, which is powered by Viewit.it.

2. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Our Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (either monthly or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the 3D models, images, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the licenses in this section.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Uploading any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Viewito, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
